December 4-11, 2025: 2026 *Virtual* Regional Finals!

Asynchronous Judging of Student Portfolios for Engineering, Project Management, Enterprise & Pre-recorded Verbal Presentations (Virtual Judging)

  • December 3rd: Judges Orientation (optional via Zoom; session will be recorded)

  • December 4-11th: Asynchronous review/judging of Portfolios and Presentations. All scores are submitted digitally to lead judges.

  • Optional, December 13th: Racing and Awards Ceremony Broadcast on Youtube

How does a Virtual Competition work? Students compete virtually from throughout the US for the Regional Finals competition. Teams submit digital project elements and physical cars - we’re in need of judges both virtually and track staff in-person. This virtual opportunity allows judges to commit for as many or as few hours as they are able; where they will be assigned to a group based on it’s size. This event determines the State Champions and serves as a qualifier for the 2026 National Finals!
